Free Deck Contract

Lets face it, decks aren’t cheap. You want to make sure you and your client are in an agreement for the work to be done to ensure you don’t have any problems down the line. Its important to include all of the materials you plan to use and also to include a sketch or set of plans in the contractual documents to ensure there are not surprises once the project begins to come to a close.

Update This Template

by putting your companies MHIC number and also your logo and contact info. As mentioned above also include a sketch or set of plans in your contractual agreement with your client.

Be Sure to Add…
MHIC Number
Contact Info (Phone Email and Store Address)
Your Company Logo
Signed Plans for Sketch w/ Dimensions

Example of Plans

Here is an example of a set of plans. This is one of my client proposal packages. Note the material call-outs and dimensions. This is another way your client can see and agree on the materials used and size/shape of the deck. This will clear up confusion on what parts of the deck will have additional trim, orientation of the deck boards and much more.
