Rendering Package
I will create a multi page document with your companies logo that gives your client a colored visual of your proposed work. This will call out all materials used and can be used as a contractual agreement for you and your client to ensure everyone knows exactly what to expect.
Large or complex decks may be subject to additional fees.
Construction Documentation
For use in obtaining building permits and/or conveying how the deck is to be constructed with your sub contractors or team. Typically consists of a framing layout, decking and railing layout, elevations and details page.
Designed to meet IRC and County code.

Ascension Package
Renderings and construction documents at a discounted rate for bundling.
